Lead Strategy (2025–2030)
Over the next five years, LEAD aims to strengthen its institutional capacity, expand its operational footprint, and scale up integrated programming that contributes to peacebuilding, resilience, women empowerment, and sustainable development across South Sudan.
- Expanding peacebuilding and mediation initiatives across conflict-affected communities
- Training 500 women and youth peace ambassadors
- Scaling up VSLA and livelihoods initiatives to reach 3,000 women and 2,000 youth
- Establishing vocational training centers and expanding scholarship opportunities
- Promoting climate-smart agriculture and environmental resilience programming
- Strengthening local civil society and women-led organizations
- Enhancing digital systems, MEAL capacity, and organizational sustainability
- Building strategic partnerships with humanitarian and development donors
